QuoteIQ pricing: what each plan costs and who should buy it

QuoteIQ has five published plans, from $29.99 to $699.99 a month, each with a set number of users and monthly IQ Credits. Here is every price that matters, including the costs that sit outside the plan card, checked against QuoteIQ's current pricing page in October 2026.

Short answer

Most solo operators belong on Essentials ($29.99), most two- to four-person crews on Beginner or Pro, and anyone at eight or more users on Elite ($299.99). Budget a little for credit top-ups if you lean on the AI receptionist, and treat the $34.99 website builder as optional.

QuoteIQ's help center says these prices apply to new subscriptions from October 2026. That is why you will still see older numbers on some of its own feature and comparison pages, and in the App Store's in-app purchase list. If two QuoteIQ pages disagree, the pricing page wins.

Users: included seats and the $25 rule

Each plan includes a fixed number of users, and every additional user costs $25 a month on any plan, up to 100 users. That flat seat price makes it worth doing the math before upgrading. Essentials plus one extra user is $54.99, well under Beginner's $99.99 if you do not need satellite measuring. Beginner plus one user is $124.99 for three people. Pro plus four users reaches $299.99, the same as Elite, which includes ten.

Annual billing: "2 months free"

QuoteIQ says yearly billing saves you two months, which works out to about ten times the monthly price: roughly $299.90 for Essentials, $999.90 for Beginner, $1,999.90 for Pro, $2,999.90 for Elite and $6,999.90 for Max. QuoteIQ's own Elite example says $2,999.99, so expect a few cents of difference and confirm at checkout. Because fees are non-refundable, we only recommend annual billing after you have used QuoteIQ for at least a month. Our annual vs monthly guide runs the numbers.

IQ Credits: the usage-based part

Every AI and calling action spends IQ Credits from your plan's monthly pool, and the app shows the cost before it runs. Some published rates: an AI estimate typically costs 5 to 15 credits, AI AutoMeasure 100, a property-lines lookup 50, and the Virtual Call Team 125 credits per minute. QuoteIQ's credits article also lists a $1.25 base fee per call. Credits do not roll over; top-ups cost 2,500 for $25, 5,000 for $50, 10,000 for $100 and 25,000 for $250. See IQ Credits explained.

The free trial and payment card

Every plan has a 14-day free trial with a flat 250 IQ Credits, and you need a credit or debit card to start. If you do not cancel, it converts to a paid plan automatically, and switching plans during the trial ends it and bills you immediately, so start on the plan you expect to keep. Our free trial guide covers how to test it properly, and how to cancel QuoteIQ covers stopping it in time.

Is QuoteIQ worth the price?

For a crew that sends a lot of estimates, the AI Estimator, Options estimates and satellite measuring can pay for Essentials or Beginner with one extra job a month. Where the pricing pinches is the jump to Elite for online booking and routing. Our full QuoteIQ review weighs that trade-off.

QuoteIQ pricing FAQ

How much does QuoteIQ cost per month?

QuoteIQ costs $29.99 a month for Essentials (1 user), $99.99 for Beginner (2 users), $199.99 for Pro (4 users), $299.99 for Elite (10 users) and $699.99 for Max (20 users). Extra users are $25 a month each. Payment processing, credit top-ups and add-ons such as the website builder cost extra.

Is QuoteIQ cheaper if I pay annually?

Yes. QuoteIQ advertises annual billing as two months free, which works out to about ten times the monthly price, for example roughly $299.90 a year for Essentials. QuoteIQ's own examples differ by a few cents, so check the exact total at checkout before paying for a full year.

How much is an extra user on QuoteIQ?

Each additional user costs $25 a month on every plan, up to 100 users. Because of that, a three-person crew can stay on Beginner with one extra seat, and an eight-person crew pays the same on Pro with four extra seats as it would on Elite.

Did QuoteIQ raise its prices in 2026?

Yes. QuoteIQ's help center says new prices apply to new subscriptions from October 2026, which is why older pages show figures like Pro at $149.99. Existing subscribers keep their rate while their subscription stays uninterrupted on the same plan; switching plans or resubscribing moves you to current pricing.

What are IQ Credits and do they cost extra?

IQ Credits pay for AI and phone actions. Each plan includes a monthly allowance from 500 to 8,000, which resets each cycle and does not roll over. If you run out you can buy top-ups starting at 2,500 credits for $25, or wait for the reset.

Does QuoteIQ charge setup fees or require a contract?

There is no contract; plans are month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime, though fees already paid are non-refundable. Setup is free if you do it yourself. QuoteIQ also sells optional Done For You onboarding at $299.99 and Done For You Plus at $999.99.
