Guides: common questions
How long does it take to set up QuoteIQ?
A basic setup of business details, a starter price book and online payments can be done in an afternoon. Importing customers by spreadsheet and adding team members takes longer. We suggest doing it during the 14-day trial and sending real estimates, so you know before the first charge whether the workflow suits you.
Can I get a refund from QuoteIQ?
QuoteIQ's terms say fees are non-refundable, with no credits for partial months, unused time or downgrades. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. That's why we suggest cancelling before the trial ends if you're unsure, and trying monthly billing before you commit to a year.
Do IQ Credits roll over?
No. Credits reset each billing cycle and unused ones are lost. If you run out, AI features stop until the reset or until you buy a top-up, which starts at 2,500 credits for $25. AI calls through the Virtual Call Team are the fastest way to spend them, at 125 credits a minute.
Is annual billing worth it?
QuoteIQ advertises annual billing as two months free, so you pay roughly ten months for twelve. It's worth it once you're confident in the plan, but fees are non-refundable and switching plans moves you to current pricing. Promo-code deals on annual plans are paid up front with no free trial.
