QuoteIQ lists more than seventy features. These ten come up most when contractors are deciding. Plan gates come from QuoteIQ's 2026 plan matrix; some of its older feature pages disagree.

Essentials covers quoting, invoicing and payments for one person. Pro adds the office tools a small team needs: QuickBooks Online, job costing and two-way texting. Elite adds self-quoting, online booking, routing, inventory and automated review requests. The full table is on our QuoteIQ pricing page, and QuoteIQ's own list is on its features index. Features: common questions
Which QuoteIQ features are on every plan?
All the AI tools, including the AI Estimator, AI CoPilot and the Virtual Call Team, plus every estimate type, e-signatures, invoicing, online payments, consumer financing and the internal calendar. AI tools spend IQ Credits, and Essentials includes 500 a month, so heavy use of the AI receptionist can run through them quickly.
Which plan do most teams end up on?
Shops that dispatch a team usually need Pro at $199.99 for QuickBooks Online, job costing, the client portal and in-app calling. Route optimization, online booking, inventory and automated review requests wait until Elite at $299.99, which also includes ten users rather than four.
Why do QuoteIQ's own pages show different prices?
QuoteIQ raised prices for new subscriptions from October 2026, and many of its feature pages still carry older figures. Its pricing page and help-center plan matrix agree with each other, so we use those as the source for every price and plan gate on this site.
Does QuoteIQ have an open API or Zapier?
We couldn't find an open API or Zapier integration mentioned anywhere on QuoteIQ's site. It does list an MCP connector for ChatGPT, Claude and Grok on every plan, plus QuickBooks Online on Pro and Google Calendar sync on Beginner. If you depend on other integrations, ask QuoteIQ before buying.
